Quality Engineer
Manufacturing/Automotive/PPAP
Responsibilities
Create Automotive seating Trim APQP tasks/ timeline to assure proper completeness of the Trim Team
Follow Trim APQP Tasks in Trim SDT Weekly Meetings. Focus Teams to improve overall performance.
Publish Internal/ External OEM Customer APQP Reports as requested in a Monthly Basis
Participate in the Weekly Customer APQ Status Review of the Program (Internal/ External OEM as requested).
Trim Engineering in the Program DFMEA creation for distribution to the Trim Plant
Participate in the Craftsmanship- Engineering- Manufacturing (CEM) Reviews of the Program to identify potential issues in the Trim Plants and establish a resolution plan
For Color Masters track status and obtain from CSBU / OEM the needed masters of the Program. Create 'Production Masters' requesting masters from Trim Suppliers as needed
